We have included many of your favourite Indian curries along with a careful selection of dishes which are unique at Mughal Empire. The flavours of our Indian dishes are varied as the climate and people of Asia.
All preparations that are cooked in the tandoor are marinated in yogurt together with a special blend of herbs and spices. The blending and preparation of spices is centuries old craft and indispensable to Indian Cuisine.
